The BioScience Network Lausanne aims to sustain researchers in every aspect of their work life, including project management and improvement of mental well-being.
With this aim, we invite you to join our upcoming workshop on “Time Management and Productivity”, which will be held by an expert coach and will take place in two sessions, on March 8th and 9th 2022, on Zoom (4pm to 6pm).
This course is directed both first-year PhD students currently learning how to work in a lab, as well as to more experienced researchers looking for new strategies to work smarter and speed up their research.
The objectives are to provide the basic principles of time management and solutions applicable to the everyday life in a research lab.
We will discuss about making actionable goals and establish priorities, creating an effective plan, overcome anxiety and procrastination, all providing practical examples and tools.
