Are you interested to know how an open access journal can help your scientific career by developing tools and technologies to improve the discovery and sharing of your research?

The Bioscience Network Lausanne (BSNL) has the pleasure to invite you to a discussionelife-full-color-vertical session with Dr. Naomi Penfold, innovation officer from eLife journal.

Naomi joined eLife in February 2016 after completing a PhD in the neuroscience of obesity at the Institute of Metabolic Science, University of Cambridge. Her first role at eLife involved coordinating events and interactions between early-career researchers and the eLife editorial board. As Innovation Officer since December 2016, Naomi continues to work closely with the eLife team and with the wider research and technology community to discover new tools that make the research process more rapid, open and collaborative.

During this event, you will have an interactive session related to the publishing process of your work,  eLife innovation strategies and stimulating discussions about the necessary tools to increase the impact of your research.

When: Tuesday February 7th , 12:00-13.30
Where: Room AI 1153.
