Julie Foster is Vice President of the Cardiac and Vascular Group Europe, Middle East and Africa at Medtronic. While working at Medtronic for more than 25 years, she has gained extraordinary insights into Medtronic’s various businesses and the medical technology industry in general. Gangadhar Garipelli, Senior Neuroengineering Scientist at MindMaze

Gangadhar Garipelli is a senior neuroengineering scientist and inventor, who obtained a Ph.D. in brain-computer interfaces research at EPFL in 2011. Driven by the unmet needs of brain health, he has been designing, developing and clinically validating virtual reality mediated solutions for motor rehabilitation in neurological impairments at MindMaze. In the last couple of years, several hundred patients have already used part of the developed technology.

The event will take place on Tuesday, October 3 2017 from 18.30-20.00 in room AI 1153 at EPFL.
